  • After filling out the order form, I will send over an email confirming your order and finalizing any other questions or concerns you may have. Then, you will receive an invoice for payment that is required to complete ensuring your order is confirmed.

    Your order is not confirmed until I have verified and approved your desired pick up date and you have paid the invoice for your order.

  • All the flowers I use are organic, pesticide free and food safe. They are used for decoration purposes only so please do not eat the flowers!

  • Yes! Tastings can be inquired by simply emailing me at gigibakeoven@gmail.com. Cake flavors offered will be based on the season and/or a cake flavor of your liking. Tastings start at $75 dollars for 3, four inch two layered mini cakes that are decorated.

  • Yes of course but it will just hurt my heart a little. Feel free to mention you do not want flowers on your order form and we can go from there! Please note though we do not offer fondant cakes and themed cakes.

  • Cakes are best when they are consumed the day of. Keep the cake in the fridge and allow 1-2 hours for it to come to room temperature before serving. If you plan to save any leftovers you might have please refrain from putting it in the fridge as this dries out the goods! Instead, remove any perishable decorations from the dessert and either wrap it in food wrap or store the goods in an airtight container and freeze it.

  • American buttercream, red velvet cake, cream cheese frosting, rice krispie treats and anything to do with fondant are a HUGE no no for me!! Sorry! Also a friendly reminder we do not offer fondant cakes, themed cakes, vintage piping and writing on cakes. :)
