I am a self taught baker born and raised in Southern California. Growing up I was always inspired to bake anything whether it was making a cupcake look like a duck (iykyk), creating the solar system out of cake pops for a 5th grade science project or being so extra when it came to decorating gingerbread houses every Christmas. I just always gravitated towards anything that was remotely similar to baking.

It wasn’t until the end of 2023 when I was introduced to a different ballpark of baking. There are so many amazing talented culinary professionals that I look up to such as Claire Ptak, Natasha Pickowitz and Lucie Franc de Ferriere – these ladies have taught me that there is so much more than just vanilla and chocolate cake and have inspired many of the flavors and techniques I utilize in my tiny kitchen today.

I am so happy to get the opportunity to bake for my community and connect with fellow home bakers like myself.
