Nestled in the heart of a very tiny home kitchen, Gigi Bake Oven is a micro bakery located in Orange County. It all started years ago when I got my first baking book “Hello Cupcake”, and discovered every creative way possible to play with cake. Fast forward 15 years later, and I still find it more than enjoyable to be in the kitchen for hours baking and decorating dessert — focusing on a variety of baked goods such as cakes, tarts, cookies and more all inspired by what the seasons have to offer us.
What comes first with all my bakes are quality ingredients and the respect of our planet. My goal is to share my love of baking with others and give a reason to celebrate basically anything that life has to offer.
